Inception - Nov 2019
LegalPay was founded in November 2019 with a mission to empower businesses to access justice by providing them with financial support.
Seed Funding - April 2021
LegalPay raised seed funding from 9Unicorns, LetsVenture, and marquee angel investors such as Ashwini Kakkar, Ambrish Gupta, among others.
Went Live With Infrastructure - August 2021
LegalPay went live with best-in-class technology infrastructure for litigation and interim financing.
Pre-Series A Funding - December 2021
LegalPay's mission to provide access to justice got further backing from Venture Catalysts and Amity Innovation in the Pre-Series A round.
Expanded Operations - June 2022
LegalPay expanded its foothold outside Delhi NCR by opening up offices in Surat, Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore.
NBFC Acquisition - November 2022
LegalPay acquired a stake in a Gujarat-based NBFC with complete operational rights.
